Singing City isn’t just about singing. Now in its 72nd season, Singing City was founded in Philadelphia in 1948, as an integrated choir—one of the first in America. Under the banner of Performance, Education and Community Engagement, the Choir strives for artistic excellence, whether in formal concerts, community performances, or our work with Philadelphia's youth.
We know that music has the power to change hearts and minds. Over the years, our attempt to be a positive force for change has enabled us to openly embrace disparate peoples and their ideas. Your support of Singing City makes it possible for us to continue this important work. Thank you!
